Return and Refund

At Maven Home, customer satisfaction is our priority. To ensure a smooth process, please review our return policy:

 


 

1. Return Authorization Required

  • Returns are not accepted without prior approval from Maven Home.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 312-371-3610 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • All return requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns will not be accepted after this period.
  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items, clearance products, and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.
  • Any item damaged due to improper use or handling by the buyer is ineligible for return.

4. Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee of 20%, if applicable, may apply to returns that are not due to defect or error on our part.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except for cases of defective items.

6. Inspection and Refunds

  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds or credits will be issued for approved returns within 15 days of inspection completion.
